We want you to love your Studio Ruban pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale / discounted items
- Customised or personalised products
- Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return
- Email us at hello@studioruban.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours
- Ship the item back — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@studioruban.com with a photo — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
EU / Austrian Customers — Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please see our Widerrufsrecht page for the full withdrawal notice in German.
